Error description

• CAE Server running on USS sometimes experiences class loading
  difficulties with various symptoms.
  
  The server log on USS will contain one or more messages
  including the text:
  
  java.lang.ClassNotFoundException
  
  Symptoms include:
  Client settings not getting saved.
  Alerts not showing up on the alert browser.
