Error description

• TEP "Lock Conflicts" workspace may show locks in the
  Table View even after the locks are freed.
  
  The problem occurred in Classic session too.
  
  XLOK data won't go away, XLOK data will be displayed when lock
  is holding in system.  When XLOK won't go away, keep pressing
  enter and XLOK data stays after tread terminates.
  
  After relogon to another session, the original still has the
  XLOK data.
