• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For GCL to issue commands to an IMS subsystem it has to locate
  the SSCD for the active IMS. When searching the SSCVT fo an IMS
  subsystem, if there is a subsystem defined that ends with the
  characters 'DC' prio to the IMS subsystem GCL is looking for,
  the GCLxxx21E ERROR ISSUNG IMS COMMAND, RC=0008 RSN=00001029
  will occur.
  

Local fix

• Deactivate the subsystem with the 'DC' suffix or manually
  STOP/START the IMS subsystem.
