Error description

• This APAR will address the following problems:
  - NI status code during change apply.
    Secondary index was created using SYMB on the primary
    DBD, but INDX on the secondary index. This creates a 4 byte
    pointer that is not used. The index DBD should also specify
    SYMB. When the datbase was reloaded, the index was created
    without the "useless" pointer, causing the STATUSNI.
  - ORF online fails during initialization
    RC08 occurred during PPUE0 initialization.
    This happens on an IMS V11 system only.
  - Obsolete samplib member still in samplib
    These member have been created to support other BMP service
  products. This function has been superseeded.

  The following problems are being addressed in this APAR:
  1.NI status code during change apply. Secondary index was
  created using SYMB on the primary DBD, but INDX on the
  secondary index. This creates a 4 byte pointer that is not used.
  The index DBD should also specify SYMB. When the database
  was reloaded, the index was created without the "useless"
  pointer, causing the NI.
  2.ORF online fails during initialization. Return code 8
  specified during PPUE0 initialization. This happens on a
  version 11 system only.
  3.Obsolete samplib members still in samplib. These members
  had been created to support other BMP service products.
  This function has been superseded.
  4.HRFPPUE0 does not cascade to next.
  5.Management class for log tapes was not passed on.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made to correct the problems
  mentioned above:
  1.Index maintenance module has been changed to create the
  empty INDEX pointer when SYMB was not specified.
  2.HRFOPPUE0 has been changed.
  3.The following members are deleted from the SAMPLIB:
  HRFXRRC0, HRFXRRC1 and HRFXRRC2
  4.HRFOPPUE has been changed to remove the external reference
  for TOSI.HRFFLGX0 has been changed to remove the external
  for a DFSFLGX0. SAMPLIB member HRFLKPPU and HRFLKFLX have been
  changed to create the DFS...alias.
  Documentation will be changed to use "generic exits" where
  available.
  5.HRFOLOG0 has been changed to correct this.
