Error description

• Customer claimed that in Batch Accounting Reports of DB2 V8 and
  9 package average data cannot be compared without additional
  effort due to different divisors used. Reports of V8 data show
  averages per package occurrence (all invocations of a package
  within one thread are accumulated and reported within the same
  data section), Reports of DB2 9 data show averages per
  allocation (QPACSWITCH). The allocation counter represents the
  switch of controls (forwards and backwards) rather than the
  number of first package invocations.
  Adjust averages of package times and counters in batch
  Accounting Reports. Reuse package occurrences as the divisor
  instead of number of allocations for DB2 9 accounting data.
