  IPR job gets ABENDU3618 in the reload task when the following
  conditions are satisfied:
  - Running IPR Driver with SPACEALLOC=YES.
  - A previous IPR job failed and the VSAM shadow was not closed
    correctly.
  In this case, IPR attempts to reuse the VSAM shadow. But it
  cannot reuse the shadow because the shadow has not been closed
  correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load is modified to close database datasets if an abend
  occurs.
