Local fix
Problem summary
Problem Summary: WCM Authoring Portlet tree navigator does not keep focus for the current branch selection. Expanding/collapsing a cell in the tree causes the vertical scrollbar to return to the top most position. Detailed Problem Description: In older versions of IE, e.g. IE 6, the tree navigator does not consistently keep focus on the current tree branch in the WCM Authoring UI. Expanding/collapsing a cell in the tree causes the vertical scrollbar to return to the top most position.
Problem conclusion
Problem Analysis: The issue was addressed in PK64517 REPOSITORY BROWSER TREE SCROLLBAR DOES NOT REMEMBER ITS POSITION. However, the transport of the fix to version 6.1 was incomplete. In addition, the tree navigator scroll function relied on a js timer function and the execution sequence can become unordered resulting in the problem. Problem Solution: Completed transport of PK64517 and the execution sequence of the js time action is now guaranteed.
