APAR status

  • Closed as new function.

Error description

  • Queries run on DB2 offload table EXCP_HOSTV do not display data
in column HOSTV_TEXT correctly for numeric host variables. Since
the HOSTV_TEXT column is defined as VARCHAR(64) , host variables
with numeric values are stored as an incompatible data type.
This enhancement provides a UDF (User Defined Function), to
correctly format the HOSTV_TEXT field for the appropriate data
    type.
