  DIAGNOSTIC DATA=060A084100000000
  
  Got this message when ran a data collection job for the
  Bufferpool Analyzer.
  

Local fix

• This problem can be bypassed when parameter DURATION or
  MAX_RECORDS is specified in SYSIN.  Found no hint, that this
  parameter are mandatory.  DURATION seem's to have a default of
  NO LIMITS and not 30M.
