APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An end UR log record that was generated for a UOW that was in
  flight during a system restart was not being handled properly.
  This could cause this particular UOW to be skipped during
  reporting and possibly other UOWs to by bypassed as well. In
  Hi-Speed mode this can result in a S0C4 or U=83 ABEND
