  image copy dataset disposition of mod,pass,catlg.
  
  In the second step the SYSUTILX dataset has a DISP=OLD,KEEP.
  The dataset is never catalogued.
  
  If the breakdown option is set to 1 object per step then a
  similar thing happens to every object except the last one.
