When Automation Tool is launched from Admin Tool Launch Pad and two build jobs are built in succession of each other, users may get an abend998 with error message : ' ISPI003 Following file was not preallocated:ISPPLIB '. This problem appears to be due to the ' &STEPLIBS' variable Being changed to 'N' somewhere between the first and second batch build generation.
