• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Message CQM1055E REASON=xxxxxxxx may be incorrectly issued.  In
  some cases the CQM1055E message may be issued after a temporary
  storage constraint issue has occurred.  In these cases the
  storage constraint has been resolved and is no longer occurring
  but the message may continue to be generated.  This problem only
  occurs in environments where SQL statements greater than 64K are
  being collected.
  

Local fix

• THE FOLLOWING WORK AROUND SHOULD ONLY BE USED WITH THE
  RECOMMENDATION IBM SUPPORT
  Add parameter 64KSEGMENTS(2048) to the CQMPARMS file and recycle
  the CQM collector
