Error description

  • Frequent use of the RLOG command to change between monitored DB2
subsystems can lead to increase storage usage
attributable to a KO2OINTB TCB.  The build up will be seen
predominantly in Subpool 100 key 7, SP100K7.

The on-line session owns a large number of buffers having size
X'00036000' and smaller.   The buffers each contain a Cell Pool
Header "CPOOL CELL POOL" and then a table containing TDIDOUT.

Local fix

  • Logoff the session to release the storage.
