Error description

• HPU doesn't always give the correct result when using BMC syntax
  with FORMAT EXTERNAL on columns defined as DEC(n,0) and the
  following message is issued:
  INZU063I UNSUPPORTED SELECT
  PB 10071

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The output data for decimal(n, 0) data  *
  *                      unload with UNLOAD PLUS syntax with     *
  *                      FORMAT EXTERNAL is incorrect. The       *
  *                      decimal separator is missing. For a     *
  *                      decimal(5, 0) column containing the     *
  *                      data 2000, the output field is          *
  *                      '  2000' instead of '  2000.'           *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  inzctrlp was changed to add a decimal separator when the scale
  of the decimal data equals zero.
