  Expected Results: To have System Architect delete the TMP files
  created when an encyclopedia is opened.
  
  Actual Results: After closing System Architect, the TMP files
  that are created when an encyclopedia is opened are left in the
  Temporary folder.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\?PROFILE?\Local
  Settings\Application Data\Telelogic\System Architect\Temporary
  2. Delete the contents of the folder
  3. Start System Architect
  4. Open an encyclopedia and 3 TMP files will get created in the
  Temporary folder.
  5. Close System Architect and the TMP files are left in the
  Temporary folder.

Problem summary

• The defect was fixed and verified by the developer.  According
  to the developer, the "J# unzip utility" was not closing the
  Explorer Icon zip after it was unzipped.
  

Problem conclusion

• The J# unzip utility was not closing the Explorer Icon zip after
  it was unzipped.  The functionality was changed to close the zip
  after the encyclopedia was opened.
