Error description

• ABEND0C4 in HPSRHRPT when reloading a (P)HDAM and the average
  length of data in the overflow area is greater than 1GB.

  ABENDS0C4 may occur when reloading a (P)HDAM and the reported
  value in  "AVERAGE LENGTH OF DATA IN DSPB(OVERFLOW)" is greater
  than 1GB. Because HP Load uses an incorrect length in creating
  the report.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP LOAD is modified to use a correct length in creating the
  report.
