  PK82139 (which is included in IMS PK78546 {PTF is UK46051}).
  Original Issue:
    ABEND0C4 in DBFNRST0 in subroutine PROC4084 while processing
    log type 4088 for fast path IEEQE.

  A DFSCHKPT macro is changed by IMS V11 APAR.
  Since the three fields are added, a value of a CHKIQPFX field
  which DFR uses is changed.
  DFR requires to be re-assembled to reflect the change.
