Error description

  • PE AGENT ID'S EXCLUSIVE ACCEPTION

PE AGENT ID only accepts alphanumeric.  it does not accept -
(dash) or other chars like =+_)(*&ﾪ%$ "! etc.

Local fix

  • There are two possibilities which you can do:
1) the customer changes the user windows' name to be without -
2) the customer creates a user without -, uses it for service
registration and then manually changes user name in the service
to the necessary user + password.
