Error description

• Program names may be incorrectly translated, containing invalid
  characters and/or be 9 bytes in length, when displayed on the
  Activity by SQL Text panel in the ISPF Client.
  This can also result in Message
  CQM145I - SQL TEXT NOT AVAILABLE being incorrectly issued.
