  The structured portion of Tag 79 was unnecessary.  The SRG does
  not specify formatting for structured data, so the type tree
  was be modified to accept all data.

Problem summary

  group of SWIFT's
  79 is partitioned into
  - structured and
  - text
  As the typetree lists them in alphabetical order, the
  "structured"
  group is tried first when WTX parses the input. It fails,
  because the
  leading slashes are missing in the input.
  

Problem conclusion

•  The structured portion of Tag 79 is unnecessary.  The SRG does
  not specify formatting for structured data, so the type tree
  was modified to accept all data. As a consequence, The
  structured portion of Tag 79 was replaced with an unstructured
  field that will accept all data.
