Error description

• Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2: COMPID=5655OPE00, JOB=V2O2P@@L,
  LMOD=KO2OCNTB#L, CSECT=O2OMEM  , OFFSET=00076C
  The ABEND0C3 was intentional and caused when KO2OMEMB ran out of
  storage.  The TCB for KO2DMGRB consumed more than 1.1G of
  SP100K8 (Subpool 100 Key 8) storage that seemed to be related
  to distributed THREADs not associated with a USER ID, a USER
  TRANSACTION or a USER WORKSTATION NAME.
  The server ABENDed during TEP regression testing.  The scope
  of the tests were the Thread, System and DSG workspaces.  No
  history or situation testing was involved.
