Error description
When an image component on WCM and attributes are added to it like height, width, border etc. Then create a content item and in the RTE field click on the insert image link. Now, select the above created image component and on this window it shows blank fields for height, width and border. The settings saved in the image component are not picked up by the insert image link.
Local fix
Problem summary
Attributes saved with a WCM image, e.g. ALT text, height, width are not used when image is inserted into RTE .. When a user creates a new image component they enter attributes such as the border, image dimensions, alternate text. However when that same image component is inserted into a rich text component those values are not used and therefore if nothing is specified the raw image is displayed.
Problem conclusion
The WCM code does not use these values attributes when building the link to an image component that has been inserted into a rich text element. . The code has been modified to use the values input on the image picker, then the values from the image component and finally no value if both the values in the picker and the image component are blank.
Temporary fix
