PK81496: TURN OFF LISTDEFS WHEN THE DISCARD OPTION IS SELECTED

Error description

• In Version 3.1 of DB2 AUTOMATION Tool, users trying to use
  DISCARD statements with LISTDEFS  are presented with  a
  warning that LISTDEF processing is not compatible with DISCARD
  and the DISCARD statement is removed from the Utility.
  
  In other words, In V3.1 of DB2 Automation Tool, DISCARD
  statements are omitted when LISTDEFs are used. In version 2.2
  of DB2 Automation Tool LISTDEFs  statements were automatically
  turned off when the DISCARD option was used.
  This enhancement will change the HAA 3.1 behavior to turn off
  LISTDEFs when the DISCARD option is used.
