  'Rename Alias' for 'Alias not found'
  
  DB2 Recovery Expert also will issue message
  
    'Subsystem configuration prevents system level backup'
  
  instead of
  
    'Subsystem configuration is optimal' on
  
  'Subsystem setup information' panel when 'Alias Not Found'
  condition detected.
