Error description
Rational Business Developer V7.1.0.2: Literals specified with the AS NUM specification are not converted to readable format by COBOL generation. For example, the value moved to a character form field is not displayed correctly. For the following statement: out3_c = 04; where out3_c is defined on the form as: OUT3_C char(10) // Kontonummer { position = [6,9], fieldLen = 10, color = cyan, highlight = underline, intensity = normalIntensity, protect = noProtect, upperCase = yes, align = right, fillCharacter = nullFill}; the value is displayed as: 0D instead of: 04 and the generated COBOL contains: EGL *46* TEST05.MAP.out3_c = 04 as NUM(2,0); This problem only occurs when the following is specified in the eclipse.ini file: -DEGL_TREAT_INT_LITERAL_WITH_LEAD_ZEROS_AS_NUM=yes
Local fix
Problem summary
