PK80647: Flexlm error -15,10 with redundant license servers

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer testing Redundant servers on 7.1. Customer added Team U
  nifying Platform license keys to license file. After importing o
  n all 3 servers and starting them she was receiving Flexlm error
   -15,10 Winsock Connection refused.
  
  I have included the customers log file and the customers license
   file as well in an attachment.
  
  I found that the ibmratl daemon was shutting down the servers si
  nce it had nothing to do. I had the user comment out the ibmratl
   daemon in the license file and that fixed the problem. Not sure
   if a fix can be done so this does not happen when customers sta
  rt to migrate to 7.1 release. Single server works as expected fr
  om the previous releases.

  This is confirmed in lab tests to be a Flexlm v11.5 regression.
  This problem did not happen with older v11.3 Flexlm release.
  The workaround to to comment out the daemon lines that is not us
  ed in customer's license files.
