APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Error when running binds on a DB2 v7 or v8  will occur for
  PACKAGE = DA10.ETI43X.ETI@LOB.
  This package is only used when editing v9 XML columns.
  

Local fix

• Customer can simply delete the ETI@LOB package in ETI#BND1 and
  ETI#BND2, and it will run fine. That package is only used when
  editing v9 XML columns.
