    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
For DB2 member that are started or restarted after BATCHCRD data
were not collected. Data were collected only for the DB2 members
that were running before the start of BATCHCRD.
Now periodically, the batch job is checking if a DB2 member has
been started, if yes then the traces are restarted to collect
data for all new active members.

    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The batch job checks now periodically if a DB2 member has been
started, if yes the traces are restarted in order to collect
    data for all active members.
