PK80017: EGL0066E error -27 when calling prog ELACSV7 using ECI CICS int erface

  Description of problem:
  
  When running a Web application calling a CICS program via genera
  ted Java wrappers from EGL, the following error is raised:
  EGL0066E  error is produced at the time of the call of the progr
  am
  The code return is -27 (ECI_ERR_SECURITY_ERROR).
  
  It happens when User/Password are passed dynamically using the m
  ethods:
  myProgram.callOptions.setUserID('myID');
  myProgram.callOptions.setPassword('myWord');
  
  Workaround:
  It works when user/password are set in file csouidpwd.properties
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The username and password specified on the call options for
  the Java wrapper were not being propagated when a new call
  options was created from it. This would happen when using
  the V4/V5/V6 compatibility layers, or when specifying
  remoteComType=RUNTIMEBIND.
  

Problem conclusion

• The username and password are now propagated appropriately
  so that the information is not lost during the call.
