Error description

  • DB2 V8 has raised the OPx BUFSIZE limit to 16000K. The OMPE ICAT
configuration and Historical collector officially support the V7
limit of 2000K.
This APAR changes this 2000K limit in ICAT and document that
16000K will only work for DB2 V8 and above.   The new limit will
be used on the BUFSIZE(xxxxx) parameter of the -START TRACE
command issued during historical collector initialization.
