  ABEND0C4-4 or ABEND0C4-10 KO2DDSB2+692 (at PK72401 level) on a
  95019002 (CLI) instruction with R9 bad.  KO2DDSB2 attempts to
  get addressability to the self defining section of an IFI record
  when the program check occurs.
  2) No support for IFCID 22 RECORDS WITH LENGTH > THAN X'7FFF'
