APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On Migration from DB2 Automation Tool V2.2 to V3.1 , some users
  may experience an ABEND0C4 in modeule HAA$DCVT on startup of the
  product.
  
  This APAR does not prevent the ABEND0C4.
  It issues an error message instead of an ABEND.
  
  The ABEND maybe prevented by adding the  parm MEMLIMIT in the
  TSO JCL.
  An installation default MEMLIMIT can be specified by the shop to
  set the total number of usable virtual pages above the bar for a
  single address space.  This default can be set in two ways:
  
  * On the MEMLIMIT parameter in the SMFPRMxx parmlib member
  
  * Through the SET SMF or SETSMF commands.
  
  The default takes effect if a job does not specify MEMLIMIT on
  the JCL JOB or EXEC statement, or REGION=0 in the JCL; the
  MEMLIMIT specified in an IEFUSI exit routine overrides all other
  MEMLIMIT settings.

Local fix

• The ABEND may be prevented by adding the parm MEMLIMIT in the
