Error description

  • Recovery plan validation fails with 'ARYZ001E--A callable
services abend S0C4 has occurred'. This intermittent error
occurs using GUI to perform object level recovery fro SLB. It
occurs using Flash or DB2 backup method. The S0C4 in module
ARYLJXAO offset 27C6 displays as part of the ARYSPAGT started
task output.

Local fix

  • This error occurs intermittently and can be cleared by
performing the plan validation process again.
