  ABEND0C4-10 KO2CLKRE+BE (PK49696) on a D200D05490B6 (MVC)
  instruction with R9 bad = C3E3E7F1.  KO2CLKRE was called by
  KO2XLKD2 passing information to determine if a THREAD is
  waiting for a LOCK.  The address of the RLPL in this case was
  incorrect and led to the program check.
