PK78748: ARCHIVE UTILITY ENDS WITH RC0 WITH NOTHING TO ARCHIVE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the CEX archive utility does not find anything to archive, it
  issues a message that 0 files were archived but ends with a
  RC=0. The archive utility has been changed to issue message
  FUN2522W when there is nothing to archive and end with RC=4.
  This APAR also removes the restriction that the archive utility
  must be the first step in the archive skeleton.

     that the archive utility be the first step within
     the archive skeleton job
