  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes the following two       *
  *                      problems:                               *
  *                      1. ABEND0C4 may occur in integrity      *
  *                         checker V2.1 when running with IPR   *
  *                         V3.2.                                *
  *                      2. When DB is in QUIESCE state,         *
  *                         "NOT DEFINED CODES" is shown in      *
  *                         the "IMS COMMAND PROCESSING" report. *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes the following two problems:
  1. IPR Driver gets ABEND0C4 in CSECT HPSGLIC0.
     To resolve this problem, APAR PK78067 is required for
     IMS Library Integrity Utilities V2R1 (FMID: H27P210).
     For the details, see the description of APAR PK78067.
  
  2. The "IMS COMMAND PROCESSING" report, which is printed when
     IMSCMD=YES,TOSI is specified, supports a new error code of
     TOSI SYNC command: RC=08,RSN=11,DATABASE IS IN QUIESCE STATE.
  

Problem conclusion

• The modules HPSGLIC0 and HPSGRP40 have been modified to resolve
  the problems.
