Error description

  • Selecting ONLY_NONPART_OBJ should cause Exception Processing to
only trigger non-partitioned Objects. However, partitioned
Objects are incorrectly triggered even with this Exception
Condition is selected.
With this fix applied, only non-partitioned Objects are
triggered when the ONLY_NONPART_OBJ is selected.
