  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. CUA Thread filter processing works incorrectly after
  switching DB2.
  2. Workstation name, Transaction name and End User
  UserID  filtering is not working correctly.
  3. Thread filtering is not working for inactive threads.
  4. Thread filtering is not working correctly for systems
  using "IFCIDS in UNICODE = YES"
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1. Changed CUA code to correct filter processing after
  switching DB2.
  2. Corrected Workstation name, Transaction name and Enduser
  UserID filters in CUA and Classic.
  3. Added filtering for inactive threads
  4. Added Unicode conversions for filtering unicode values.
