Error description

• CQM132E incorrectly issued when accessing SQL Text and Host
  Variable information, with CQM.ACCESS.qmid, SQLTEXT.qmid, and
  HOSTV.qmid profiles correctly defined.
  
  Message 'CQM253E - CQM subsystem is incompatible with the ISPF
  interface' may also be incorrectly issued when trying to view
  SQL in negative SQL codes.
