PK75685: Empty displays on CUA when an unusable SSID is specified

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

Error description

• CUA BUFFER MGR NOT RETURNING DATA
  
  FYI.

  After DSG support the classic VTAM will not allow a user to
  logon to an unusable DB2 subsystem - a DB2 subsystem can
  only be monitored by a single OMPE server task. Prior to this
  APAR, the CUA would still appear to establish a session with the
  underlying OMPE server task. The primary CUA screen KD2001 would
  be displayed.
  
  A user can still make selections from the primary CUA screen,
  KD2001. Depending on what option was selected the results might
  vary - but the bottom line is the results are incorrect. For
  example
  1) Select Lock stats and get a pop up that reads
   Your request cannot be processed because
   Lock Manager Statistics Data Not Available
  2) Select All Connections, screen KD2OACOD is returned showing
  some number of connections. Select All Connections on that
  screen and screen KD2OATCD is returned with no data
  3) Select Log manager and where data should appear are
  variations of the message Statistics Not Available eg:
  
  Primary Active Log  . : tistics Not Available
  

Local fix

• At logon to the CUA, after entering userid, press PF11 for logon
  options. Specify a DB2 subsystem that is marked usable in the
  underlying OMPE server task.
  
  or
  
  Once in the CUA on screen KD2001
  the user can tab to the subsystem id field and over type the
  current subsystem with the name of a usable subsystem and press
  enter to monitor an available and usable DB2 subsystem
