ABEND0C4-10 KO2XDBSA+A8 (at PK49696 level) on a D5015000A118
(CLC) instruction.  KO2XDBSA sets up R5 to point to the CT, but
fails to look into the DB2 ADDRESS SPACE and ABENDs.
