  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When performance data for local DB2 subsystems or local members
  of a Data Sharing Group (DSG) are requested from the DB2
  Instrumentation Interface (IFI) and the irrelevant DSG input
  parameter fields are not explicitly set to zero, the IFI data
  retrieval request might fail because the fields are not ignored.
  In this case the Classic Interface (VTAM) displays message
  KO201941E with return code 4 and message KO201842E with reason
  code 00000017.
  As a secondary effect the Classic Interface might display
  message KO2O1230E 'CONTROL BLOCK VALIDATION ERROR' and the PE
  Server trace when enabled with trace level 127 contains trace
  entries ending with 'RETURN rhRC/RS 4 23'.
