Omegamon receives ABEND0D5 in KO2ACAF2+BD4 (PK49696 level)
on a SSAR using R14 of zeros. abend S0D5 ABEND0D5 0D5
Omegamon tries to set the Secondary ASID to the monitored DB2
subsystem of 'DB2 ' for DB2MSTR, getting the ASID of DB2MSTR
from the CAF Communications Work Area (CA#COMWK).
The value acquired from this work area was zeros leading
to the ABEND.
