Error description

• When using VSAMSEQ on Near Term History files NTH inputing the
  mgmtclas and unit does not get saved in the COPT member.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  UNIT, STORAGE CLASS and MANAGEMENT CLASS values may be
  specified in panels for VSAMSEQ(DYNAMIC) and
  VSAMSEQ(GDG) selection of NTH configuring, but this
  information does not go into the COPT member
  therefore can not be used by the Data Collector for
  dataset allocation.

  Add values for UNIT, STORAGE CLASS and MANAGEMENT CLASS
  if specified into the COPT member produced by ICAT.
  Support it for VSAMSEQ(DYNAMIC) and VSAMSEQ(GDG).
