Local fix

• Tempory workaround:
   option1 ) The customer can either directly look into the
             TKANCUS member KD261DC3 which contains an
             uncustomized Complete the configuration text
             (that we display for z/OS 1.4 customers). This is
             plain text without variables.
   option 2) To use the customized Complete the configuration,
             the customer parameter in the following 2 places.
             in the following 2 places. Then the 2 variables are
  000873  ﾄNote:ﾁYou can log on to the VTAM Classic interface by
          using "logon
  000874  applid(&APPLID)". In this case, the virtual terminal
          pool <-- in this line remove &APPLID, this is the
          variable that contains the Classic Interface applid
  000875  definitions are not required.
      ----- and  -------
  000885  VTAM Classic interface via ISPF. They are not already
          defined if
  000886  you get the message:
  000887 "SESSION REQUEST FAILED - OBVTAM APPL &APPLID NOT
          AVAILABLE"  <-- in this line remove &APPLID,this is the
          variable that contains the Classic Interface applid
  .
