PK71145: SAMPLIB ERRORS: ARY#VOLS GETS OPEN ERROR FOR ARY#RIO AND ARYGRT1GETS -204 ERROR FOR UNDEFINED NAMES

Error description

• Two problems were found running two SAMPLIB members caused by
  APARPK61889. This new APAR will go out bundled in the PTF
  with PK61889.
  The issues were:
  - ary#vols fails opening file - following are the errors:
  IEC1301I ARYSBACK DD STATEMENT MISSING
  +ARY#RIO: Open error on backup KSDS- arygrt1 gets
    -204 ERROR UNDEFINED NAME for DR_ICOPY_CATLV and
         DR_ARCHIVE_LOGSV
