This is an enhancement to DB2 Administration Tool.

A work list or change run by ADBTEP2 which ends prior to
processing all statements in the input stream causes a
checkpoint record to be placed into the ADBCHKPT table.

This enhancement allows a different userid to resubmit the
    failing job.
