Error description

• GIM23901E LINK-EDIT PROCESSING FAILED FOR MODULE FECDAREA IN
  LMOD CQM@STXT IN THE SCQMLOAD may occur when installing CQM V2.3
  into the same environment where CQM V2.2 is installed.
  This error results when installing FEC maintenance that attempts
  to re-link modules obsolete in CQM V2.3. This is a clean up APAR
  for customers installing CQM V2.3 into the same environment
  where CQM V2.2 resides. This APAR cleans up obsolete load
  modules no longer used by DB2 Query Monitor V2.3.
