Error description

• Duplicate Rows Loaded to DB2PMFSYSPAR_202 Table
  .
  Analysis showed that the file output of  SYSPARM is
  duplicated with records of member name X'FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF' if a
  a request for ACCOUNTING is made in SYSIN although ACCOUNTING
  does not deal with ifcid 202.
  If ACCOUNTING is removed, the job works fine and the load
  results in unique rows with member name blank.
  

Local fix

• Do not include accounting within the job stream

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Using SYSPARMS FILE in conjunction with ACCOUNTING in the
  same batch jobstream will cause duplicate records to be
  created in the SYSPARMS FILE dataset.
  This is true for IFCID 106, 201, 202, 230 and 256 records.

  The FILE processing logic for the SYSPARMS report processing
  has been corrected to avoid writing duplicate records to the
  FILE dataset.
